Free Consultation
During the free 30 minute consultation, we will process what to expect in the counseling setting, answer any questions you may have, and get acquainted with you the client, whether child, teen, or adult. We will also discuss the fee for therapy. The next step is to schedule your first appointment.

Counseling Session
Our first session together is an assessment of your psych-social issues and history and the impact of your current issue on your overall well being. At this time we also go over treatment goals and what to expect in counseling as well as confidentiality issues.
